Control Panel ¹ - The Hepsia Control Panel is a standard equipment only in combination with the Debian Linux Operating System and is provided for free. With Hepsia you can host unlimited domain names under a single web hosting user account. This is realizable owing to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager platform. The other hosting Control Panel interfaces, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are offered solely in combination with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you must have TWO different account logins. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not supply any domain name registration/transfer/administration solutions. If you go for Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated web server, there will be no CP opportunity.

Hosted Domains ² - unmetered domain names can be hosted with all offered hosting CP devices, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your top level domain names under one account. Regrettably, the cPanel/DirectAdmin CP interfaces do not provide such feature at all - there is no Domain Manager section and as a consequence they require 2 autonomous account logins: 1 domain name management/billing/support user account and 1 site management user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel).

OS (Operating System) ³ - you will note that the Hepsia Control Panel is offered with Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to run it on your dedicated server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel tools can work solely with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
